What size should I get?

Whether a woman or a man, the best size guide is your height and weight for the full body DiveSkins/SurfSkins. Size guides are just an estimate for more standard body types. You are always welcome to email team@slipins.com or call us at 949-230-0550 pacific standard time. 

I’m quite short and on the heavier side, what size should I get?

This can be a challenge as the fabric has great 4 way stretch to accommodate the extra weight, but hard if really short.  The sleeves and legs may end up a bit long and need to be hiked up.

How quickly does the suit dry?

Very quickly, within minutes, so much more comfortable.

Do I need to wear anything under my SlipIns, are they see through?

You do not need to wear anything under your SlipIns.  Some women do like to wear a swim top or one of our new Crop Tops out of the same quick drying fabric, for extra support.  But this tends to be an individual preference.

How fast do they ship?

We use USPS Advantage shipping, unless the customer chooses a different service. 
Typically they ship the next day.

What kind of fabric are they made of?

We use a high quality, tight weave, polyester/spandex swimsuit fabric that has 50+UPF sun protection, dries quickly, and we have our unique designs printed on that fabric.  The white fabric is cut into the pattern first and then printed and sewn, so each SlipIns is precision made.   All SlipIns are made locally in Huntington Beach, California.  Surf City USA.

I’m in between sizes, so what do you suggest?

One solution is to order the two sizes, be sure to get REDO for a Free Return Shipping Label.  I’m always happy to help if you prefer to get the one size.  The DiveSkins are the most forgiving style for most body types, men or women.

I’m thinking about the SunShirt but I’m a woman?

The SunShirt should be fine if you size down from what you would normally be, as the SunShirts are truly in men’s shirt sizes, and meant to be a loose fit.  They are sun protective and can be worn in the water, and dry quickly, but are probably best suited to be worn around the water, and not in the water.  Boating, fishing, paddling, kayaking, beach walking etc.

How do I return or exchange if needed?

Upon checkout, there is the option to add REDO which makes it easy to return, creates a free shipping label, and gives you the option of what you want to exchange it for, and there is free shipping for the exchange as well (within the US).  Or you can choose to return it for a refund.

Will the sun protection wash out over time?

No, the sun protection is due to the tightness of the weave and the printing on the fabric.

I’m an older woman and want to stay covered.  Are these hot?

SlipIns are the perfect solution for the older woman.   They cover your skin, keep you protected from the sun, and if you get a bit warm, just hop in the water to cool off, dry quickly, and repeat.  They are excellent water wicking suits so if you sweat, the suits keep you cooler. 

I don’t have that model figure like the girls on your website.  How will these look on me?

Our mostly all over ocean inspired prints are very flattering, much more so than wearing solids.  We think you will find the busier prints are more forgiving.  And attention getting! WHEN YOU LOOK GREAT, YOU FEEL GREAT
