Return Policy

We want you to love your Slipins Swimwear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  If you are having sizing questions, please refer to the sizing chart.   You may also call or email us, and we are happy to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Restocking Fee

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the $10 restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@slipins.com with your order number and reason for return.  Or just go to RETURNS and follow the instructions.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like through REDO.  You will get a free shipping label for your exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless you added REDO to your original order.
